Control System

Temperature controller based on microprocessor, -10℃~-86℃ can be set freely, control accuracy is 1℃, digital temperature display.
Keypad lock and password-protected configuration page, delayed start and safe stop interval between restart and termination
Sound and light alarm: high and low temperature alarm, power failure alarm, low battery alarm, door open alarm, filter blockage alarm, system failure alarm.
Power supply: 220V/50Hz 1 phase, can be changed to 220V 60HZ or 110V 50/60HZ.

Structure Design

Vertical type, stainless steel liner, painted steel plate outside, 4 casters, easy to carry
Front opening lockable door with full height handle, with vacuum release port
Adjustable 2-3 stainless steel shelves, with inner doors, sealed with double silicon gaskets.
Secondary foaming technology. 100-155mm foam insulation material with VIP+.
With temperature printer, record 7 days of data. The 72-hour backup battery is used for the printer and controller display.
Optional: chart recorder, carbon dioxide backup system, storage rack/box, remote alarm system.

refrigerating system

Imported Danfoss compressor, two compressors are connected in parallel to reduce noise and increase the cooling temperature to stabilize at -86℃.
