There are two types of calibration methods: internal calibration and external calibration.
Internal school (with automatic internal school model):
1. The balance should be preheated, and the time is about 2-3 hours; if the vibration of the balance is relatively large, the sensor reed of the balance may be displaced. It should be preheated for more than 12 hours, so that the balance can automatically repair the spring. slice shift.
2. The balance should be horizontal, otherwise it must be adjusted, and the spirit level shall prevail.
3. When the weighing pan of the balance has no items to be weighed, it should display the zero position stably.
4. Press the “C” key to start the internal calibration function of the balance, the balance will make a small rustling sound, and then the electronic balance will display “C”, indicating that the internal calibration is in progress.
5. When the electronic balance display shows zero position, it means that the electronic balance should have been calibrated.
If there is an error in the calibration, the electronic balance display will display “Err”, the display time is very short, it should be reset, and the above actions should be repeated for calibration.
Outside school:
