How to set the peristaltic pump flow rate?

1. Query according to the flow parameter table

You can query the “Hose Flow Reference Table” dedicated to Refu according to the model of the pump head and hose, and directly get the speed corresponding to the flow. Or find the amount of liquid transmitted per revolution, calculate the speed corresponding to the required flow according to the flow calculation formula, and then adjust the speed to get the corresponding flow.

2. Calculate the corresponding relationship between speed and flow rate

Set any speed n1 and measure the actual liquid volume Q1 transmitted in a certain time t1.

Calculate the flow coefficient a according to a=Q1/n1, and then calculate the required speed n2 according to the formula n2 =Q2/a, and adjust the speed to obtain the required flow rate L1.

This method has high flow accuracy, but the operation is complicated. It is suitable for “speed-controlled pumps” with high requirements for flow and quantitative accuracy. When external working conditions change or the pump runs for a long time, flow correction must be performed in time to maintain high flow accuracy.

3. Directly input flow parameters

This method has high flow accuracy and can be completed by following the prompts. It is easy to operate and highly intelligent. When working conditions change or the system is running for a long time, flow correction needs to be performed in time to maintain high flow accuracy. The pump and flow sensor form a closed-loop system, which can automatically correct the flow in real time and achieve long-term stable flow transmission.
