Equipment principle about Small Spray Dryer:
The material liquid is sprayed into fine droplets by the atomizer and dispersed in the hot drying medium (hot air flow), and the solvent is quickly evaporated to obtain a solid product, which realizes the separation of gas and solid, and the products are mostly powder or small particles.

1. Color LCD touch screen parameter display: inlet air temperature/outlet air temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/injection frequency.
2. Fully automatic control: one-key start, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the touch screen displays the running animation, and the running process is clearly displayed;
3. Nozzle cleaner (through needle): when the nozzle is blocked, the blockage is automatically removed, and the needle passing frequency can be adjusted by itself.
4. Shutdown protection function: When the heater is turned off, the fan cannot be turned off when the heater is above 60°C, to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not be burnt due to misoperation (forced power off of the fan).
5. Temperature control: Using real-time PID constant temperature control technology, the temperature control is accurate in the whole temperature area, and the heating temperature control accuracy is ±1 °C.
6. Finished product effect: The normal distribution of finished particle size is steep, the particles are uniform, and the fluidity is good.
7. Air compressor: Built-in imported oil-free air compressor with low noise, less than 60db.
