Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 9168—1997(2004)and ASTM D1160 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure. It is used to determine the range of boiling points for petroleum products that can be partially or completely vaporized at a maximum liquid temperature of 400℃.
I. Main technical features
1. The instrument has a built-in 10.1-inch color LCD touch screen industrial control computer, with a friendly man-machine dialogue interface and convenient operation
2. The vacuum degree is automatically controlled by the system, which can ensure the high vacuum and high stability of the system during the experiment.
3. With built-in condensate trap and semiconductor refrigeration technology, The refrigeration device is compact.
4. The heating power of the distillation flask can be adjusted and displayed through the touch screen, with an adjustment accuracy of 0.5%.
5. The self-developed "automatic conversion of high standard atmospheric pressure - reduced pressure temperature" software greatly improves the conversion accuracy
6. Automatically generate and save the test data. The test data can be saved by USB flash disk or printed by an external printer.
7. It adopts independent heating furnace system, and the rise, fall and stop of the distillation flask lifting table can be controlled through the touch screen. After the test, the lifting table will be lowered automatically and the cooling fan will be started to quickly reduce the furnace temperature and flask temperature and shorten the waiting time.
8. The system is equipped with nitrogen interface. After the experiment, the system will prompt the user to open the nitrogen valve to avoid the danger of air entering the vacuum system.
